The property offer the following apartment types, which are all spacious, quiet, and air-conditioned:

1-Bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) (34 m²): Kitchen, living room with 2 double convertible sofa bed, bedroom with 1 double bed, work station, bathroom, WC.
Studio (sleeps 2) (20 m²): Kitchen, living room with with double bed or twin bed, work station, bathroom, WC.

The apartments are set up with the following elements:

Kitchen: with electric oven or microwave, fridge, hotplates, electric coffee maker, crockery and utensils
Living/dining area: TV with Canal + and satellite, direct line phone, work station

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

All cancellations must be made at least 1 working day(s) prior to arrival. If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 day(s) accommodation.
